This allows the player to re-roll a saving throw versus poison. Only one Anti-toxin (of any rarity) may be used per person per room. If the second saving throw attempt fails, the poison takes effect.
Anti-toxin does not require either a Standard or a Free Action to use. Its effect is immediate and costs no Action whatsoever.

When played by a bard, in addition to the standard bardsong bonuses, this instrument bestows +4 to the entire party’s (including the bard) Will saving throws.
The wearer’s Melee, Missile, and Spell (not scroll or item) attacks deal +2 Damage. Healing spells the wearer casts heal +2 HP.
Wearer may equip up to two additional ioun stones.
This item’s effect stacks with other Ioun Stone slot-expanders, but the wearer is still subject to the Slot Expanders Cap of no more than nine Ioun Stones.
Adds +2 to Focus and missile attacks made by the wearer deal +2 Damage.
Focus: A bonus to polymorph damage, turn undead damage, and most Spells cast from the character card. Focus has no effect on magic emanating from items, scrolls, or Spells cast by the character which neither reduce nor restore HP.
If a Spell or turn undead under the influence of a Focus-effect can affect more than one target,
Wearer may equip up to two additional Charms.
This item’s effect stacks with other Charm slot expanders, but the wearer is still subject to the Slot Expanders Cap of no more than 10 Charms.
Only a small few of these incredibly rare tokens were made available in 2009, 2010, and 2011. Arcane Recipe token owners had the special privilege (if they chose to do so) to negotiate with the Master Trader to have a unique token crafted for them. Only one copy of the item was made, and that item was “soul bound” to the player. (I.e., only the token’s original creator can use it in the game.) These tokens could be held from year to year until the proper resources were collected to turn in.
All scrolls carried by the possessor of this tube are protected from damage as long as the scrolls remain in the tube. If the possessor of this tube becomes petrified, all the carrier’s possessions–including this tube and its contents–become petrified as well.
When the possessor of this tube casts a healing scroll, that scroll gains +1 to the amount healed. When the possessor of this tube casts a damage-inflicting scroll,
Adds +2 to Strength (thus adding +1 To Hit in melee and +1 Damage with melee and thrown weapons), +2 to Dexterity (thus adding +1 To Hit with Ranged attacks, +1 to AC, and +1 to Reflex saving throws), +2 to Constitution (thus adding +1 to Fortitude saving throws and +1 to max HP per character level), and +2 Focus.
Adds +1 to AC when used with a 2-handed Ranged weapon. It may not be used with any melee weapon nor with a 1-handed Ranged weapon.
Adds +4 to AC and negates the non-HP-damage effects of the first Undead Touch Attack to strike the wearer. The AC bonus is permanent, but the Undead Touch Attack negation is once per game.
