magical melee Blunt weapon
This weapon deals an additional 2 damage when it’s wielded in a desert.
This holy item allows all players of dead characters in the party to speak for one room. These “ghost” players may not physically interact with the party or anything in the room, but can verbally assist in strategy and puzzle solving. Be warned, however, use of this item comes with a price. Each time the scepter is activated, it will deal 5 damage to the cleric for breaching the veil between the living and dead.
Adds +4 to AC and grants 1 point of Poison-based Retribution Damage.
Retribution Damage: When a melee attack deals damage to a target possessing Retribution Damage (RD), the attacker takes damage equal to the target’s total RD. Ranged attacks, whether physical or magical, do not trigger RD. If an attack would have caused damage but is completely negated (e.g., Cloak of Shadowskin) or the attack’s damage is reduced to zero (e.g.,
Monster Trophy tokens can only be found in the random treasure generators found at the end of an adventure. Each represents either a portion of a creature, statuary, flora, or raw materials (e.g., metals or minerals) found within a True Dungeon adventure.
Trophies have black lettering and gold backs (or brown lettering in 2007). They are primarily used to make Combo/Transmuted tokens and are often highly-prized by token collectors.
Single-target damage-scrolls (not Spells, Spells “cast as a scroll”, nor non-Scroll items) cast by the wearer deal +3 Damage.
These spectacles have no effect on scrolls that do not deal HP damage.
These spectacles have no effect on scrolls that as written can affect more than one target, even if there is only one eligible target. I.e., if the scroll says it can affect more than one target, this item doesn’t affect it.
Deals 4 damage as Darkrift to all monsters and Stuns the caster for one round after casting. There is no saving throw to mitigate damage, nor to resist the Stun.
Stunned: Victim drops whatever is in its hands; cannot attack, cast spells, or play bardsong; and suffers a -2 AC penalty.
Inflicts 10 points of Acid damage on a single target. If there are other eligible targets in the room, they each suffer 5 points of Acid damage. The victim gets no saving throw to mitigate the damage, but if the victim is resistant/immune to Acid that will be factored in.

Adds +3 to AC to target willing ally or the caster
This effect lasts for the rest of the room, however the recipient of this effect is incapacitated the round after this scroll is cast while their skin becomes incredibly tough like the bark of a stout tree. The recipient benefits from the +3 AC bonus during the round of incapacitation.
Adds +1 To Hit on all attacks (melee, ranged, and spells cast from the character card which require an attack slide, but not scrolls) and adds +1 to Will saving throws vs. fear effects
Multiple castings of this scroll do not stack with each other. Furthermore, this scroll does not stack with the spell bless (cast from a character card.)
This scroll bestows its effects on the entire party,
The caster is constantly teleported a few feet in a random location every few seconds, making the caster harder to hit in combat. Before making an attack roll, would be attackers must roll a d20 to determine if they can hit the caster. If the result of that roll is 1-10, that attack roll can be made. If the result was 11-20, the caster cannot be hit that round.
This effect operates much like the spell mirror image.
Deals 5 damage as Fire to all monsters, no To Hit slide is required, no saving throw is allowed to mitigate damage.
Deals 8 damage as Shock to target. There is no saving throw to mitigate damage.
Deals 12 damage as Shock to all monsters. On a successful DC 15 Reflex saving throw, reduce the damage by half.
Deals 6 damage as Cold if AC 15 is hit. There is no saving throw to mitigate damage.
