When the wearer uses spell surge on a damage-inflicting Spell, after all other damage calculations are made, add 7. E.g., if a druid with +5 Focus casts the firebolt Spell (11 Fire) and passes the skill test (+3), if they use spell surge (×2) the total damage is 45 Fire:

5 + 11 + 3 = 19 (Focus+base damage+skill test bonus)
19 × 2 = 38 (surged)
38 + 7 = 45 (Jord’s bonus)

This power may be used every time the druid uses spell surge on a damage-inflicting Spell.

This pendant does not affect the number of times spell surge can be used.
