When attacking a gazebo with a sling–as one does–if the attacker slides a natural 20 while using this ammo, the gazebo will be instantly killed/destroyed. Against all other targets, this is just a +2 sling bullet (+2 To Hit and +2 Damage). It must be declared (turned in) before sliding the weapon token.
Easter Egg
When placed in the mouth of a dead comrade, this item restores the character to life with full HP. The resurrected character will not gain back any expended spells or limited use special abilities. This must be used in the room where the death occurred. The process of “feeding” a character this item requires a Standard Action.
It can also be eaten by a living character to restore full hit points.
Q: Can a character revived with a Fallen Star Mushroom take an action the same round they were revived?
When placed in the mouth of a dead comrade, this item restores the character to life with 1 HP. Characters do not regain previously used spells, powers, or abilities. This item must be administered in the same room the character died. “Feeding” a character this item requires a Standard Action.
This mushroom has no effect when eaten by a living character.
This item’s restorative power is not modified by magic items which increase the effectiveness of heals.
When used to make a successful missile attack (slid as weapon on the combat board), this alchemical weapon deals Sacred damage to the monster. It is usable only once, whether the attack succeeds or misses.
Like all alchemical weapons, this item deals double damage if the attacker scores a “natural 20” on its attack slide and is affected by Ranged combat bonuses (hit and damage). But unlike thrown physical weapons (dagger, spear, etc.),
This makes the effects of some Rare Potions permanent, see below for details. The potion token must be turned in to the Coach before the game begins.
Adds +2 to all saving throws. This saving throw bonus is always in effect.
Once per game, the wearer may negate either one Melee attack or one Missile attack (a physical Ranged attack, not a spell or wholly magical effect) that targeted the owner. Pudnort cannot absorb both a Melee and a Missile attack in the same game–it’s one or the other, not both. The owner chooses when/if they want to invoke this attack-negation power.
When eaten, this item heals 3 HP of damage and removes all lingering side-effects from a fungal attack.
