When bardsong is in effect, all the wearer’s melee attacks deal +2 damage as Sonic.

This item’s benefit immediately ceases when the bardsong effect ceases. In most cases the bardsong effect ends when the bard stops playing, but if the party’s bard was using Lyre of Echoes, during the “off rounds” when the Lyre of Echoes is not being actively played but the bardsong effect is still active, this earcuff’s power still functions.
