On a successful hit from a “blunder” weapon (including a +2 Boom Stick), this slug deals an additional 3 damage as Force. It must be declared (turned in) before sliding the weapon token.
Unlike most items that deal Force damage, this slug does not bypass the 50% miss chance when attacking an incorporeal creature since only a portion of the damage the attack deals is Force.
This Ioun Stone bestows the ability to see things as they actually are. The user sees:
- Through normal and magical darkness
- Secret doors hidden by magic (see below)
- The exact locations of creatures or objects under blur or displacement effects
- Invisible creatures or objects as if they were not invisible
- Through illusions
- The true form of polymorphed or shape-shifted things
True Sight does not:
- Penetrate solid objects
- Confer any kind of “X-ray vision”
wearer is immune to Petrification
Slot Note: Each character has one Eyes Slot. Even though this item only covers one eye, it may not be equipped in conjunction with any other item occupying the Eyes slot unless you also have a token that allows you to equip more than one Eyes Slot item.
Wearer cannot become entangled by natural plants.
Natural: Exists in the real world. A philodendron is a natural vine because it exists in the real world. A shambling mound is a plant monster that does not exist in the real world and is therefore not considered natural.
Anytime the wearer successfully attacks with an Iron weapon, the attack deals +1 Damage. This item stacks with other “Faebane” items, as long as each item has a different name.
