Raphiel's Sneaky Necklace

The wearer’s sneak attacks can critically hit on a natural 17-20* as long as the target is capable of being critically hit–whether naturally or via a token that overcomes crit immunities.

The wearer can always sneak attack without the standard one round of prep. In addition, once per room, the wearer can sneak attack the same monster a second time. (Neither sneak attack attempt requires a prep round.) If there is more than one monster in the room, the wearer could potentially sneak attack any one of them–twice if desired. However, it does not allow a rogue to sneak attack two different monsters in the same room.

If you have another item that allows you to sneak attack the same monster a second time, this necklace does not stack with it. E.g., if you also have Shoes of the Sneak equipped, you may not sneak attack the monster a third time. (You’d be better off equipping a different foot slot item since Shoes of the Sneak do not provide any other benefit.)

This token does not bestow the ability to make a ranged sneak attack. However, if the rogue can make a ranged sneak attack via some other token, this token allows them do so without a prep round.

*If some other crit-enhancing magic can expand one’s crit range beyond 17-20, use whichever crit range is wider. I.e., crit-expanding effects do not stack, they overlap.
