Promotional
In 2005 True Dungeon released the Token Collector’s Kit. This imprinted three ring binder included special pages to store your token collection and included the Bag of Holding token. The Bag of Holding token is a novelty/collector item but has no in-game function.
This token allows the player to immediately (before another player performs an attack slide) re-slide once in a combat round. Any type of combat slide may be re-slid: melee, ranged, or spell. Any tokens displaced due to the original slide remain in their new (final) location and are not moved back to their places before the slide–only the wearer’s combat slider is affected. For classes that attack with two attack sliders (ranger and monk), both sliders must be re-slid.
These tokens were given away at other events to promote Gen Con and True Dungeon. It has no in-game effect, but may be valued by collectors.
All members of the appropriate gender gain +1 Charisma per mug’s worth of beverage consumed.
The drinker gains +1 to Will saves vs. fear for every mug’s worth of beverage consumed.
Once per game, up to 30 points of damage inflicted on the wearer can be negated. The damage must come from a single source, but the damage can be of any type other than Eldritch or Push.
Any unused damage absorption is wasted. E.g., if this charm is used to negate a 25-point attack, the 5 remaining points are wasted–they cannot be “banked” for later.
