Once per game, up to 3 points of melee damage inflicted on the wearer can be negated. The damage must come from a single melee attack. Neither missile nor magical damage can be negated by this cloak.

Items which increase the number of Figurine slots cannot bypass this crown’s restriction, neither can a high Charisma.
Once per room, the owner of this cup may convert any non-Common potion (a potion of any rarity other than Common) to a beverage that restores 2 hp. The beverage must be consumed immediately–it cannot be “banked” for later use. The converted potion must be in the cup owner’s possession and the healing beverage can only be consumed by the cup’s owner.
All effects the potion once had are completely negated when converted to a healing beverage.
Wearer may equip one additional ioun stone.
This item’s effect stacks with other Ioun Stone slot-expanders, but the wearer is still subject to the Slot Expanders Cap of no more than nine Ioun Stones.
After being activated, the owner’s melee attacks deal +2 Damage for the rest of the room.
This item’s effect can only be activated once per adventure. Like all figurines, this item can be activated instantly, without requiring any kind of Action–Free or Standard.

Remember: “Ranged” is an umbrella term that covers both missiles (physical items propelled through the air) and Spells cast from the class card (not scrolls, items, or “cast as a scroll” effects).
Wearer gains immunity to petrification and blinding from attacks that hit the wearer. This item does not mitigate HP damage.
