This cloak is made out of a magical fabric that camouflages the wearer when still. This effect prevents the wearer from gaining the attention of an attacking monster as long as the wearer takes no actions during combat. Thus, the wearer cannot be the target of an attack. In order to remain undetected, the wearer may not attack, move, talk, cast spells, play bardsong, or pretty much anything other than stand still &

When used to make a successful missile attack (slid as weapon on the combat board), this alchemical weapon deals up to 6 points of damage–but only to undead monsters. Though it is not stated on the token, the thrower need only hit AC 15 or higher. If the attack misses (hits AC 14 or lower) or if the target is not undead, Holy Water deals no damage. It is usable only once, whether the attack succeeds or misses.

Thus the party enjoys a total of +1 To Hit and +3 Damage (or +2/+4 if the bard is 5th-level) on melee attacks or +1 To Hit and +1 Damage (or +2/+2 if the bard is 5th-level) on ranged attacks when this is used to play bardsong.
This instrument differs from a Magnificent Bard’s Instrument in that the Magnificent Bard’s Instrument provides the +2 Damage to both melee and ranged attacks.
This superior set of picks, files, and other fine instruments allows the player to re-try the Rogue Skill Test if it has been triggered during one’s first attempt. This item only allows one such re-try per game and must be shown to the DM to use. A rogue may only carry one set of these tools. This item is permanent and is not surrendered to the DM when used.
