Golden Apple of Eris

This Artifact grants the power of an Amulet of Wonder to its owner and his entire party. In addition, if the current power of the Amulet of Wonder has a random effect, all the party members may roll (or flip, or whatever is used to generate the random effect) twice and select the result they like best between the two.

Side Effect: Any time the possessor rolls a 1 on a saving throw, in addition to failing the saving throw, he must roll a d20 again to determine which of the following occurs:

1:	Possessor dies
2–10:	Possessor loses 5 hit points
11–19:	Possessor healed 5 hit points
20:	Possessor is fully healed and all dead party members are immediately resurrected with full hit points
