Gold Piece or GP equivalent tokens may be hoarded as treasure, traded with other adventurers (big-time token collectors may be especially interested in GP), exchanged for NPC services outside of the adventure, used as currency to bid on items in the True Dungeon auction, or exchanged for transmuted tokens on http://www.truedungeon.com/transmuted . On very rare occasions, certain NPCs within the adventure may be influenced by the offering of riches.

Gold Piece or GP equivalent tokens may be hoarded as treasure, traded with other adventurers (big-time token collectors may be especially interested in GP), exchanged for NPC services outside of the adventure, used as currency to bid on items in the True Dungeon auction, or exchanged for transmuted tokens on http://www.truedungeon.com/transmuted . On very rare occasions, certain NPCs within the adventure may be influenced by the offering of riches.
This allows the player to re-roll a saving throw versus poison. Only one Anti-toxin (of any rarity) may be used per person per room. If the second saving throw attempt fails, the poison takes effect.
Anti-toxin does not require either a Standard or a Free Action to use. Its effect is immediate and costs no Action whatsoever.
All the wearer’s 2-handed Melee weapon attacks gain +1 To Hit.
This bead does not affect 1-handed weapons, even if two 1-handed weapons are used at the same time. For that reason, even though a ranger can equip this bead, they’re probably better off if they don’t. There are some 2-handed Melee weapons that monks can wield, but monks might also want to eschew this bead.
All Ranged attacks made by the wearer suffer -1 To Hit.
