Wearer may equip 1 additional Figurine of Power. This perk stacks with the ability to equip a second Figurine of Power from having at least 16 Charisma.

Once per game, the owner of this item may inflict 15 points of Damage on a single target as a Free Action. This damage is not subject to any kind of damage bonus the user may possess. No To Hit slide is required and no saving throw is permitted to mitigate its damage. However, the wearer must be able to see their target.

A1) Untyped, non-magical damage.

Note: Regardless of whatever tokens are equipped, the maximum number of Figurines of Power a player may equip may never exceed three FoPs. This includes the Arcanum Set bonus.
