Lay On Hands
Like all +5 weapons, the DM will add +5 to the AC hit when using this weapon but the damage bonus has already been factored into the damage wheel.
Once per game, the paladin’s lay on hands ability heals +3 HP. The player may use as much or as little of their available lay on hands healing as they like. E.g., the player could spend two lay on hands points and heal 5 HP, spend 15 points to heal 18 HP, etc.
The wearer’s lay on hands HP pool is increased by 8. E.g., a 4th-level paladin’s lay on hands healing pool normally consists of 12 points of healing to distribute. With this item equipped, a 4th-level paladin has a lay on hands healing pool of 20 points to distribute. The extra 8 points do not have to be used on a single application.
Once the extra 8 points of healing afforded by this hat are used,
Once per game, a paladin wearing this ring may heal +3 HP when using lay on hands. The healing bonus from this ring cannot be spread out over multiple applications.
When the wearer of this charm is the target of lay on hands, in addition to the healing, the wearer is cured of any Curse and/or Disease that is currently affecting them.
This item does not prevent either of the aforementioned maladies from occurring, it only removes them if they exist when lay on hands is used on the wearer.
