Like all +1 weapons, the DM will add +1 to the AC hit when using this weapon but the damage bonus has already been factored into the damage wheel.
Twice per room, when the owner ingests (consumes via the mouth) any kind of healing item, the owner heals +3 HP.
To be compatible with Bead of Greater Binding, the ingested item must restore HP expressed as an integer, not a variable such as “half” or “all.” Items which bring the dead back to life are not affected by this item.
The wearer of this item may not equip a Bead of Binding.
If a monster attacks the wearer and rolls a 1 for its attack, the monster’s turn is over regardless of how many attacks it might have had left. In addition, the monster will suffer 6 damage. If any of the attacks made before the 1 was rolled would have hit the wearer, those “pre-1” attacks can still do damage.
This earcuff is probably going to allow the wearer equip up to four rings instead of the normal maximum of two.
The effect from this item will not stack with other __ of Glory items.
Adds +4 to Damage with physical ranged weapons. It has no effect on spells or melee attacks.
All potions carried by the character are protected from damage. In addition, whenever the owner eats or drinks an item that restores HP, 1 additional HP is restored. The bonus healing effect from this item is not triggered by cast-spells, nor by healing items not orally consumed. E.g., a healing salve would not receive the bonus healing because a salve is rubbed on the skin, not eaten or drunk. The bonus healing from this item stacks with Girdle of Wealful Health.
All scrolls carried by the possessor of this tube are protected from damage as long as the scrolls remain in the tube. If the possessor of this tube becomes petrified, all the carrier’s possessions–including this tube and its contents–become petrified as well.
When the possessor of this tube casts a healing scroll, that scroll gains +2 to the amount healed. When the possessor of this tube casts a damage-inflicting scroll,

Adds +2 to Constitution (thus adding +1 to Fortitude saving throws and +1 to max HP per character level)

Successful melee attacks made by the wearer deal +1 damage as Sacred.
Note: Undead suffer double damage from any source of Sacred energy but Good-aligned Outsiders take no damage from Sacred power. If a weapon with added Sacred damage hits an Undead creature, only the Sacred portion of the damage is doubled.
