Arcane Charm

Adds +2 to Focus and missile attacks made by the wearer deal +2 Damage.

Focus: A bonus to polymorph damage, turn undead damage, and most Spells cast from the character card. Focus has no effect on magic emanating from items, scrolls, or Spells cast by the character which neither reduce nor restore HP.
If a Spell or turn undead under the influence of a Focus-effect can affect more than one target, the caster gets a total of +X (where X = the total amount of Focus the caster has) points of healing/damage, not +X points per target. The caster chooses the recipient of the extra points and may allocate them as they see fit to an eligible recipient.
Unless specifically noted otherwise, all differently named sources of Focus stack.
For each point of Focus a character has:

• Damage Spells they cast deal +1 Damage.
• Healing Spells they cast heal +1 HP.
• Their turn undead (if they’re a cleric) ability deals +1 damage.
• While polymorphed, they deal +1 Damage when they physically attack.

This item is part of the Arcane Set.
When at least three items are equipped (there is no additional bonus for equipping more than three Arcane items), the first 0–2^nd-level Spell the wearer casts is not marked off their character card. This ability may be used once per game–not once per Spell, not once per Spell level. The Arcane Set bonus does not in any way alter the Action (Standard, Free, etc.) required for a Spell to be cast. Activating the Arcane Set bonus does not require any kind of Action. The Arcane Set bonus must be applied to the first 0–2^nd-level Spell the wearer casts.
