The magic from this head covering allows the wearer to utter command words and invoke the verbal components of Spells (including bardsong) and scrolls without speaking while underwater. It does not grant the ability to breathe or speak underwater.
non-magical weapon
This cloak is made out of a magical fabric that camouflages the wearer when still. This effect prevents the wearer from gaining the attention of an attacking monster as long as the wearer takes no actions during combat. Thus, the wearer cannot be the target of an attack. In order to remain undetected, the wearer may not attack, move, talk, cast spells, play bardsong, or pretty much anything other than stand still &
This cloak allows the wearer to attempt a melee attack in the first round of combat while the character is underwater. (Normally, melee attacks cannot be made the first round of underwater combat.)
Adds +3 to AC
After sliding this weapon token, the player immediately (before another player performs an attack slide) slides another unused* puck. With a bit of sliding skill, this secondary puck can be used to bump another combat slider into a higher AC zone. The secondary puck does not count as either a hit or miss and does not deal any damage.
In Virtual True Dungeon, instead of sliding a second puck, the wizard player attacking with this weapon may give one other player (not themself) who has not yet attacked that round a +5 To Hit bonus on their next attack roll.
